Ag Technology Power Move: Semios To Acquire Agworld
Semios, best known in the permanent crop market for its precision-farming platform, is acquiring farm management platform Agworld. The combined company will service growers, agronomists and ag retailers in the U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, and South Africa.
This is the second strategic acquisition Semios has made in recent months.
