The specialty crop sector is one that’s constantly in a state of change and evolution. Much can happen over the course of a year, and a lot of it is interesting. This was definitely the case in 2022. Continued challenges with inflation, high input costs, and ongoing labor issues aside, there still was room for the industry to grow.
