Codling Moth Returns To Normal Levels In Michigan

In a recent bulletin, data from Michigan State University pheromone-bated traps indicate that codling moth populations are returning to normal levels. Michigan growers experienced low codling moth following the freeze of 2012 and also in 2013.

With the data and weather forecast, researchers expect widespread oviposition and continued emergence of codling moth adults.
