Fuji
Low-chill requirements (500 hours) and widely popular, highly acclaimed sweet flavor make Fuji a perennial money-maker. It produces heavy, spur-bearing crops and a very late season harvest. It's a great choice for Zones 6 to 9. Fuji shows some scab and mildew resistance. It reliably sets a full crop every year and can take some heat. This is a must-have in any commercial orchard.

Crisp, sweet, and snappy! A long-standing grocery store staple that’s a strong profit center. This early producer is sweet-tart, an excellent fresh-eating and cooking apple. Provides optimal storage planning because of its six-month keeping ability. Hangs well on the tree late into the season, ripens into early October. Resists bruising.

Starkspur® Red Rome Beauty
This is one of the best compact spur varieties, and this heavy annual producer has been nicknamed the “Mortgage Maker,” due to its late blooms. The fruit’s size, color, shelf life and finish make it highly popular with fresh-market producers. It is self-pollinating, but will yield larger crops when pollinated by another. It's one of the best baking apples — just tart enough.
