EbonyPearl (NY32)
This mid-season cherry ripens one to three days before Bing. The fruit is dark red with good flavor. It is moderately firm and crunchy and is crack resistant. The stems are long and securely attached. Early to mid-season bloom. The tree is hardy, vigorous, and resistant to canker.

Burgundy Pearl (NY38L)
BurgundyPearl is a large mid-season dark-red cherry that is firm with great quality. It ripens three to five days before Bing and has a long harvest period. It has good flavor. Early to mid-season bloom. The tree is productive, vigorous, hardy, and resistant to canker.

Brookfield Gala
Brookfield Gala ripens in early September. It originated in New Zealand and has a bold red stripe over its red background. The apple’s early coloring permits proper harvest timing. Fruit is usually harvested in two pickings for improved packouts. USPP#10,016.

Evercrisp
EverCrisp is a controlled cross of Honeycrisp and Fuji. It is an attractive 3-inch apple that ripens approximately two weeks after Golden Delicious. It is very sweet, and somewhat harder than Honeycrisp but with a similar crunch. It maintains quality for extended periods under adverse conditions. It is annual bearing and self-regulating, non-dropping, and has a long harvest window, with minimal bitter pit. It has a weak to moderate growing tree. USPP applied for.

RubyMac
RubyMac is an exciting new sport of McIntosh that develops a bright, rich red blush, with no striping, over virtually the entire surface. It is a true McIntosh and while it starts coloring weeks ahead of any other strain, it ripens with other McIntosh varieties and hangs on the tree longer than any Mac we have seen. USPP#19,891.

Honeycrisp
This cross between Macoun and Honeygold ripens in mid-September. Hardy to zone 3. An exceptionally crisp and juicy apple with mildly sweet flavor. Red colored over yellow background. Excellent for direct market. Annual bearer. Stores well. Winter hardy.

Sun Fuji™
Sun Fuji ripens in late October. Skin is pink-red over yellow-green background. Sweet, fruity, crisp flesh with sub-acid flavor. Extremely firm flesh makes it an outstanding keeper.
