EverCrisp®
EverCrisp® is a controlled cross of Honeycrisp and Fuji. It is an attractive 3-inch apple that ripens two weeks after Golden Delicious (mid to late October for New York). It is very sweet and somewhat harder than Honeycrisp but with a similar crunch. It is closer to a Fuji in appearance, but has the Honeycrisp texture.
