Farming 101: Watch Out for Thieves — From Man to Deer to Beavers?
August 19, 2022 “Beavers are a new thief!” This assessment is according to vegetable grower and social media star Shay Myers. The CEO of Owyhee Produce in Parma, ID, took to TikTok recently (one of his favorite social media outlets) for this ag-styled PSA of sorts after he discovered part of his corn crop ransacked.
Myers laments: “We are used to gophers, deer, turkeys, geese, and even the occasional elk, but this is the first beaver!”
