There is a new king among the top agriculture & forestry colleges, according to the just-released 2016 QS World University Ranking by Subject report.

Compiled by Britain-based Quacquarelli Symonds (QS), the annual comprehensive ranking uses data based on academic reputation, employer reputation, and research impact from more than 200 of the top universities in the world covering 42 individual subjects.

This is the fourth year the organization has produced rankings regarding Agriculture & Forestry.

For the first three years of this survey’s existence, the University of California-Davis held down the ranking’s top spot for this subject. Not this year.
