Duda’s Super Sweet Corn packaging is 100% recyclable.

Central Florida-based Duda Farm Fresh Foods is taking the wraps off its new Super Sweet Corn product line that features 100% recyclable packaging made from fiber board tray packs. Duda debuted the new consumer-friendly, eco-conscious product at the annual Southeast Produce Council’s Southern Exposure event in Tampa.

With the new product offering, the sixth-generation family farm operation is providing pre-cut, pre-shucked sweet corn year-round to consumers. “While we have been growing corn for more than 40 years, we saw an opportunity to help consumers with busy lifestyles,” stated Dan Duda, President of Duda Farm Fresh Foods. “By offering a convenience product line, we hope to help people prep fresh, sweet corn more frequently in their homes.”

In addition to the sweet corn in the package, there also are seasonal recipes included on the bottom of the recyclable trays, as well as consumer promotions.

In order to supply fresh product throughout the year, Duda grows sweet corn in Georgia, Florida, and Michigan.
