Anna's Charentais F1 (Osborne Quality Seeds)

‘Anna’s Charentais’ marries the aromatics and rich flavor of traditional French Charentais melons. Sunny and warm summer growing conditions are needed for full maturity. It has an added shelf life of up to two weeks and updated disease package. The firm flesh has a deep orange color and sweet flavor. This round melon is very similar to ‘Savor’ but with great holding ability. The average weight is 2 pounds, and it matures in 80 days.
Classic round Galia with excellent sweet flavor and tender flesh. ‘Arava’s’ netted skin will turn yellow, and fruit will slip when ripe. Vigorous plants have good leaf coverage, the average weight is 3 to 4 pounds. Matures in 77 days.
A simply delicious firm and tasty honeydew with an average of 13 brix. ‘Charlotte’ has a consistent, round shape for easy packing. Plants are vigorous with a canopy that offers protection from sunburn. Matures in 85 days.

Long shelf life white honeydew variety with concentrated good fruit setting and firm flesh. It can be harvested in 2 or 3 harvests and has good overall yield with resistance to cotton aphids. Western U.S. and other regions within the U.S. Matures in 80 to 120 plus days, varying per region.
‘Flechaverde RZ’ is a high yielding Piel de Sapo melon with large-sized fruits, high sugar content, and very good flavor. The robust plants have a powerful root system that tolerates stressful soil conditions and varying temperatures. Grows in the Western U.S. and throughout the U.S. Matures in 85 to 120 days, varying per region.

‘Full Moon’ has an attractive, smooth, white exterior and a vivid-green interior. An earlier maturing honey dew hybrid variety. It has great eating quality for Eastern production areas. Most other varieties will not produce quality fruits within the shorter Eastern growing season. The average weight is 3.5 to 4 pounds and it matures in 82 days.
‘Juane Canary’ is a heirloom melon with a sugary sweet flavor and wrinkled yellow fruit with white green flesh. It is adaptable across the U.S. Ideal for fresh market, and it matures in 90 to 110 days.
'Lavi Gal' is a striped-netted golden cantaloupe. Renowned for very high yield capacity, it's a vigorous endurance plant. This Galia grows in open field during main season and weighs 2.7 to 3.7 pounds.
‘Megabrew’ provides excellent fruit size (4’s, 5’s) and yields. It is slightly larger, rounder, and earlier than ‘Honeybrew’. ‘Megabrew’ has trialed well in Texas and Mexico and has very uniform fruit size and shape.

‘Orange Sherbet’ is a hybrid Tuscan Eastern shipper cantaloupe that exhibits extremely high quality. It has a high brix, aromatic with a strong melon flavor. The taste is nature’s ‘Orange Sherbet’. A high fiber content gives this melon variety good shipping ability. Suited for eastern growing regions. Matures in 80 to 85 days.
‘Piel de Sapo’ is an oval fruit, mottled green, yellow skin, and has sweet flavor. A nice fresh market variety. Grows well across the United States. It matures in 95 days.
